Trendcom Ltd was set up in 2003 but it has officially started its activities in January 2004.It’s a firm orientated towards the development of suitable methodologies to communicate through information technologies. It was founded by a group of experts in information systems, communication and graphics, in a short time it has established as a firm specialized in creating high technological e-government, software and hardware solutions.
In the first phase, Trendcom has addressed towards the school needs developing an information system called “Silente” that manages school activities replacing the different kinds of paper register( class- register, teacher- register, Assessment - register). “Silente” has also made possible a better communication between school and family through the use of new technologies such as the mobile phoning.
Due to the success of “Silente”in 2005 a convention was stipulated with the provincial administration thanks to which an information system was carried out to exchange data between the schools and and the Province. In 2006 the school information system went beyond the local boundaries occupying a position in the regional market, too
In 2004 the firm developed and patented an integrated system to manage the staff attendances through a biometric fingerprint reader, calling it ”Biometric Touch” The reader communicate data through a touch screen.
At the “Com-pa”( European exhibition of public communication and services to the Citizens and business) exhibition in Bologna from 3rd to 5th November 2004 Trendcom has taken part as exhibitor with the Sommatino town council . In this occasion Trendcom showed the prototype of the ”Biometric Touch” arising a lively interest . The product was tested for a year by three public bodies and thanks to their checks , today ”Biometric Touch” is a reliable solution in conformity to the Privacy laws
Trendcom is building a new office district of about 800 mq. thanks to its external trade office it will be possible to address not only the national market but also the European and world market
Today the Trendcom buttonhole is a solution called “Easyserver”; it is an integrated software-hardware system dedicated to net security and to control web surfing. It is simple and flexible, it allows to control and monitor the correct use of a LAN(Intranet) when connected to the Internet.
THE PRESENT : Today Trendcom represents a reliable business reality controlling and managing different aspects of web security exploiting the advantages offered by the evolution of its own internal productive. Moreover it can rely on an expert task force able to understand business needs and to transform them in up- to- date solutions.
