The working  methodology of our firm  consists of 4 phases , at the beginning it starts with the evaluation of  the needs and the expectations of the customers 
 

Analysis

To understand the market in which our potential customers work, creating the necessary expectations coming from the product/service introduction

Planning

To create an  optimum  solution for the specific customer target trying not to change radically  market structures and methods, evaluating  implementing problems and thinking of a product/service  that is in compliance with  the market  standard  but could also be as much  customized as possible  .


Development

Once that the objectives have been defined and the strategies to achieve  them  have been identified   , the team of experts  proceed with the  product/service development phase  and with  the  installation  by  beta-tester customers. Finally, there is a test phase of the results using benchmarking models. 


Support

When the product is  realized, Trendcom offers to all the customers who buy a solution, a period of support through a call center and a dealer net
This  limits the problems springing from   the introduction of the new product/service in the firm.
