Development
Once that the objectives have been defined and the strategies to achieve them have been identified , the team of experts proceed with the product/service development phase and with the installation by beta-tester customers. Finally, there is a test phase of the results using benchmarking models.
Support
When the product is realized, Trendcom offers to all the customers who buy a solution, a period of support through a call center and a dealer net
